Cabled Tie - Final Design

After much improv and frogging I think I've finally come up with a pattern that I like for this.

I think that the inter locking cable is perfect as a tie.

Since, you've been stranded 'somewhere' in America while your truck is being repaired.. if you need a laugh.. do go and check out my blog.. the past few days should give you a chuckle.

The tie looks great! Hope you are planning to share the pattern. I have a friend who has been begging his knitting friends to make him a tie and yours is the nicest I've seen.

Stumbled across your blog while checking out yarn shops & SnB's for a trip to Dallas next week. I think finding a new lys can be the most fun part of traveling.

If you ever make it to Cleveland, feel free to come to Susan Yarns on Taylor Rd in Cleveland Hts. on any Thursday night. The shop is owned by a very accomplished male knitter from New Zealand so straight men who knit are no oddity to us! Not a huge yarn selection since they just moved but a great group of people.

Thanks for stopping by and visiting my blog.. there's always something going on.. :D

and yet.. 'nothing going on'.. it seems most of the time..

Thanks folks. I suppose I could write up a pattern for the tie after I finish it. Too many projects on the needles right now LOL

I'll keep that place in Cleveland in mind.

Hi Mason. I like your final tie design. You seem to be on the designer track. Keep up the good designing.

Thanks, I wouldn't presume to call myself a designer, I just fool around with stuff to amuse myself. :D

Cool tie. I covet it. Nice work.

Keep it between the ditches,
